Snap & Go is a shadow wrestling training application operated by Keep Kids Wrestling ("KKW," "we," "us," or "our").

We take the privacy of wrestlers and wrestling families seriously, especially when our users include children and teenagers.

This Privacy Policy explains what information Snap & Go may collect, how that information is used, when information may be shared, how long information is retained, and the choices available to users and parents.

1. Who This Policy Applies To

This Privacy Policy applies to the Snap & Go mobile application and Snap & Go services operated by Keep Kids Wrestling.

Snap & Go is designed for wrestlers, wrestling families, coaches, and teams. Because youth wrestlers may use the application, we provide additional protections for children's information as described below.

2. Our Privacy Principles

Keep Kids Wrestling follows several basic principles when operating Snap & Go:

• We do not sell users' personal information.

• We do not rent users' personal information.

• We do not use children's personal information for targeted advertising.

• We do not use Snap & Go recordings for facial recognition or biometric identification.

• We attempt to collect only information reasonably necessary to provide Snap & Go features.

• Camera and microphone access require device permission.

• Parents and users may request deletion of personal information.

• Children's information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.

3. Information Snap & Go May Collect

Depending on the features you use, Snap & Go may process the following categories of information.

Account Information

If you create a Snap & Go account, we may process information such as:

• Name or display name

• Email address

• Account identifier

• Authentication information

• Account settings

Authentication credentials may be processed through our authentication service provider rather than being directly visible to Keep Kids Wrestling.

Wrestler Profile Information

Users may choose to provide wrestling-related profile information such as:

• Profile photograph

• Age

• Weight

• Wrestling team or club

• Display name

• Training preferences

• Other information added to a wrestler profile

We do not require users to provide more personal information than is reasonably necessary for the features they choose to use.

Workout and Training Information

Snap & Go may store information generated through use of the training application, including:

• Workouts completed

• Training selections

• Exercise or drill activity

• Challenge activity

• Team participation

• Training progress

• App preferences

• Other information needed to operate training features

Camera, Microphone, and Video

Snap & Go includes shadow wrestling features that may use your device's camera and microphone.

Camera access may be used to allow the wrestler to view or record shadow wrestling training.

Microphone access may be used when audio is included in a recording.

Snap & Go will request permission through your device before accessing these features.

You may deny or later revoke camera or microphone permission through your device settings. Certain recording features may not function without those permissions.

Snap & Go does not use camera footage to perform facial recognition or identify users through biometric characteristics.

Videos and Recordings

Videos created through Snap & Go may be saved on the user's device.

A recording that remains only on the user's device is generally under the user's control and may be deleted using the app, device storage controls, or the device's photo/video management features, depending on where the recording is stored.

Snap & Go will not intentionally upload or share a private workout recording without a feature or action that informs the user that the recording is being uploaded, stored, or shared.

If a user chooses a feature that shares content with another user, team, coach, or service, information selected for sharing may become visible to the intended recipient.

4. Information Stored on Your Device

Some Snap & Go information may be stored locally on the user's device.

This may include information such as:

• App preferences

• Profile information

• Training settings

• Certain workout information

• Saved recordings or videos

Locally stored information may remain on the device until the user deletes it, clears application data, deletes the associated recording, or uninstalls the application.

Content saved separately to the device's photo or video library may remain there even after Snap & Go is uninstalled.

5. Firebase and Cloud Services

Snap & Go integrates services provided by Google Firebase to support application functionality.

Depending on the Snap & Go feature being used, Firebase services may include:

• Firebase Authentication

• Cloud Firestore

• Firebase Storage

• Other infrastructure or security services needed to operate the application

These services may process information necessary to authenticate users, synchronize data, store information, secure accounts, or provide app functionality.

Technical information processed by service providers may include information such as:

• IP address

• Device type

• Operating system

• App version

• Network information

• Authentication identifiers

• Security or diagnostic information

Keep Kids Wrestling requires service providers processing Snap & Go information on our behalf to use the information only for legitimate service purposes and to maintain appropriate protections for that information.

6. How We Use Information

Information collected or processed through Snap & Go may be used to:

• Provide shadow wrestling workouts

• Operate training features

• Maintain user accounts

• Save user preferences

• Maintain wrestler profiles

• Provide team or challenge features

• Save training progress

• Store user-requested content

• Authenticate users

• Protect accounts and prevent unauthorized access

• Diagnose technical problems

• Improve reliability and functionality

• Respond to support requests

• Comply with applicable legal requirements

• Protect users, Keep Kids Wrestling, and the integrity of the service

We do not use children's personal information for behavioral or targeted advertising.

7. Sharing Information With Other Users

Certain Snap & Go features may allow users to interact with teammates, friends, coaches, or invited users.

When a user intentionally joins a team, sends a challenge, accepts a challenge, or otherwise uses a sharing feature, limited information may be visible to the people participating in that feature.

Depending on the feature, this may include information such as:

• Display name

• Profile image

• Team affiliation

• Challenge information

• Workout participation

• Training results

Users should avoid including unnecessary personal information in usernames, profile images, or shared content.

8. When We Share Information With Companies

Keep Kids Wrestling does not sell or rent Snap & Go personal information.

We may disclose limited information to companies that help us operate Snap & Go. These companies act as service providers and may include:

• Google Firebase

• Cloud infrastructure providers

• Authentication providers

• Apple, when necessary to operate or distribute the iOS application

• Google, when necessary to operate or distribute the Android application

• Technical or security service providers

Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to:

• Comply with law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or other valid legal process

• Investigate fraud or security incidents

• Protect the safety of users

• Protect the rights or property of Keep Kids Wrestling

• Enforce applicable agreements

We do not authorize service providers to sell children's personal information or use it for their own targeted advertising purposes.

9. Children's Privacy

Snap & Go is a wrestling application that may be used by children.

Keep Kids Wrestling recognizes the special privacy protections required for children, including the requirements of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA") in the United States where applicable.

A child under 13 should not independently submit personal information to Snap & Go online services without the involvement and authorization of a parent or legal guardian.

Where verifiable parental consent is legally required, Keep Kids Wrestling will seek that consent before knowingly collecting, using, or disclosing personal information from a child under 13.

For users in jurisdictions with a different minimum age for consent to online data processing, we will apply the applicable local requirements.

If we discover that personal information from a child was collected in a manner that required parental consent and proper consent was not obtained, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information.

10. Information About Children That May Be Collected

When permitted and necessary to provide Snap & Go features, information associated with a child may include:

• Name or display name

• Age

• Wrestling weight

• Team or club

• Profile image

• Account information

• Workout information

• Challenge participation

• Camera recordings

• Audio recordings

• Videos

• Other information voluntarily provided through a Snap & Go feature

We do not knowingly require a child to provide more personal information than is reasonably necessary to participate in the relevant activity.

11. Rights of Parents and Guardians

Where applicable, a parent or legal guardian may contact Keep Kids Wrestling to:

• Ask what personal information we maintain about their child

• Request access to that information

• Request correction of inaccurate information

• Request deletion of their child's personal information

• Withdraw previously provided consent

• Refuse further collection or use of their child's personal information

Withdrawing consent may prevent certain account, cloud, social, team, or recording features from continuing to function.

We may take reasonable steps to verify that the person making a request is the child's parent or legal guardian before providing access to or deleting information.

12. Data Retention

Keep Kids Wrestling does not intend to keep personal information indefinitely.

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the specific purpose for which it was collected.

Our general retention approach is:

Locally stored information:
Information stored only on a user's device remains until the user deletes it, clears application data, or removes the application.

Videos and recordings:
Videos stored locally remain until deleted by the user. Cloud-stored recordings, if a Snap & Go feature stores them online, are retained only while needed to provide that feature or until deletion is requested.

Account information:
Account-related information may be retained while the account remains active.

Deleted accounts:
When an account deletion request is completed, personal information associated with the account will ordinarily be removed from active systems within 30 days, unless a longer period is reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or another legitimate requirement.

Backups:
Residual copies contained in secure backups may remain for up to 90 days before being overwritten or deleted through normal backup processes.

Children's personal information will not be retained longer than reasonably necessary for the specific purpose for which it was collected.

13. Account and Data Deletion

Users and parents may request deletion of Snap & Go account information and associated personal data.

When possible, send the request using the email address associated with the Snap & Go account.

Include enough information for us to identify the account without sending unnecessary personal information.

We may ask for reasonable verification before processing the request.

When an account is deleted, we will delete or de-identify associated personal information unless retention is required for a legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention, or regulatory purpose.

Information previously shared with another user may remain visible to that recipient if it was separately saved or copied by them.

Snap & Go may also provide an account deletion option within the application.

14. Managing Camera and Microphone Permissions

Camera and microphone permissions can be changed through the privacy or application settings of your mobile device.

Revoking permission stops Snap & Go from accessing that feature unless permission is granted again.

Deleting camera or microphone permission does not automatically delete recordings that have already been saved. Those recordings must be deleted separately.

15. Security

Keep Kids Wrestling uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect personal information.

These measures may include:

• Authentication controls

• Restricted access

• Encrypted network communications

• Access controls provided by our cloud service providers

• Reasonable data minimization practices

• Security monitoring

No internet service, application, or electronic storage method can guarantee absolute security.

Users should protect their account credentials and should not share passwords with others.

16. International Processing

Companies that provide infrastructure or technology services to Snap & Go may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate.

When information is transferred or processed outside a user's home jurisdiction, we seek to use appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable privacy law.

17. No Sale of Personal Information

Keep Kids Wrestling does not sell Snap & Go personal information.

We also do not knowingly sell or share children's personal information for cross-context behavioral or targeted advertising.

Snap & Go does not require a user to agree to the sale of personal information in order to participate in training activities.

18. Advertising

Snap & Go does not use children's personal information for targeted advertising.

If Snap & Go's advertising practices materially change in the future, this Privacy Policy and any required parental notices or consent procedures will be updated before those practices are implemented.

19. Your Privacy Choices

Depending on the information involved, users may be able to:

• Edit profile information

• Delete stored videos

• Disable camera permission

• Disable microphone permission

• Leave a team

• Stop participating in challenges

• Request access to personal information

• Request correction of personal information

• Request deletion of personal information

• Delete their Snap & Go account

• Withdraw consent where applicable

20. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when Snap & Go changes, when our data practices change, or when privacy laws or app-store requirements change.

When a material change affects how children's personal information is collected, used, or disclosed, we will provide additional notice and obtain new parental consent when required by law.

The latest version of this Privacy Policy will be posted on the Keep Kids Wrestling website with the effective date shown at the top.
