Takedown Trade Marketplace Rules
These rules are designed to help protect buyers and sellers using Takedown Trade. By buying, selling, messaging, arranging pickup, or completing a transaction through the marketplace, users agree to follow these marketplace rules.
Important: Do not confirm that you received an order until you have the item and have had a reasonable opportunity to inspect it.

Allowed items may include: • Wrestling shoes • Singlets and competition apparel • Headgear • Backpacks and gear bags • Wrestling clothing and apparel • Training equipment • Other legitimate wrestling-related gear Items may be new or used, but the condition must be accurately described. Seller Responsibilities
Sellers are responsible for accurately representing the item being sold. Sellers must: • Use accurate photos and descriptions • Clearly disclose significant wear, damage, defects, or missing parts • Accurately describe whether an item is new or used • Sell only authentic merchandise • Package shipped items reasonably and securely • Provide valid tracking information for shipped orders • Communicate with the buyer when reasonably necessary • Follow any approved marketplace refund or dispute decision For shipped orders, sellers should normally ship within 3 business days after payment unless another timeframe was clearly agreed to with the buyer. Providing false tracking information or intentionally failing to ship an item may result in account restrictions or removal from the marketplace.
Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers are responsible for reviewing listings carefully before purchasing. Buyers should: • Review item photos, description, size, condition, and shipping information • Ask the seller questions before purchasing when clarification is needed • Provide an accurate shipping address • Monitor tracking information • Inspect the item after delivery or pickup • Report legitimate problems promptly • Avoid confirming receipt until the item has been received and inspected A buyer should not use the dispute system simply because they changed their mind about an accurately described item.
Buyer Protection
A buyer may report a problem when an order has a legitimate issue, including: • The item never arrives • The seller sends the wrong item • The item is significantly different from the listing description • The item arrives materially damaged and the damage was not disclosed • The item appears to be counterfeit • Tracking information appears false or invalid • The seller fails to fulfill the order Buyer Protection does not normally cover: • Changing your mind • Fit or sizing issues when the listing was accurate • Minor normal wear that was visible or disclosed • Damage caused after the buyer received the item • Problems that were clearly disclosed before purchase

If tracking shows delivery but the buyer did not receive the item, the buyer should report the problem promptly.
Local Pickup
Buyers and sellers may agree to complete an order through Local Pickup. For safety:• Meet in a public location whenever possible• Consider meeting during daylight hours• Avoid inviting strangers into your home when it is unnecessary• Tell another person where you are meeting• Inspect the item before completing the pickup• Do not confirm receipt until the item has actually been receivedThe buyer confirms receipt after the local pickup is successfully completed.
Disputes
Buyer Protection Window
After the buyer confirms receipt, a 72-hour Buyer Protection period begins.
During this period, the buyer should inspect the item and report qualifying problems, including counterfeit merchandise, significant undisclosed damage, the wrong item, or an item materially different from the listing.
A dispute opened during the protection period places the seller payout on hold until the dispute is resolved.
If no dispute is opened before the protection period expires, the seller's earnings may become eligible for payout.
Refunds
Refunds are not automatic. A refund may be approved when marketplace review determines that a transaction has a legitimate buyer-protection issue. Examples may include: • Item never received • Counterfeit merchandise • Wrong item • Significant undisclosed damage • Materially inaccurate listing description • Seller failure to fulfill the order Refund decisions may depend on the available evidence. If a refund is approved, the seller may be required to cooperate with the refund process. An approved refund may prevent or cancel the seller's marketplace payout for that transaction.
Seller Payouts
Seller earnings become eligible for payout after the transaction is completed. An order becomes Completed after the seller fulfills the order and the buyer confirms receipt. Seller payouts may be delayed or placed on hold when: • There is an active dispute • A refund is under review • A refund has been approved • Fraud or counterfeit activity is suspected • Marketplace information requires additional review For the current marketplace payout system, seller payouts may be processed manually using the payout method selected by the seller. Takedown Trade records payout information including the payment method, destination, transaction or reference number, and payout date.
Counterfeit Merchandise
Counterfeit merchandise is prohibited. Sellers may not knowingly list fake, replica, or unauthorized merchandise as authentic branded merchandise. Buyers who believe an item may be counterfeit should report the listing or transaction. Takedown Trade may: • Remove the listing • Hold seller payouts • Review transaction information • Approve a refund when appropriate • Restrict or remove sellers who repeatedly violate marketplace rules
Marketplace Messaging
Marketplace messaging should be used for legitimate communication about listings, purchases, shipping, pickup, and order problems. Users may not use marketplace messaging for: • Harassment • Threats • Spam • Fraud • Attempts to deceive buyers or sellers • Requests for passwords or sensitive financial login information Messages related to a transaction may be considered during marketplace dispute review.
Marketplace Enforcement
Takedown Trade may take reasonable marketplace action when these rules are violated. Actions may include: • Removing listings • Holding payouts • Resolving disputes • Approving refunds • Restricting marketplace features • Suspending or removing sellers • Removing fraudulent or counterfeit activity Marketplace decisions may consider listing information, order records, payment records, tracking information, messages, reports, photos, and other relevant evidence.
