Delete Your Snap & Go Account

Snap & Go gives you control over your account and personal information.

You may request the permanent deletion of your Snap & Go account and associated personal data at any time.

Snap & Go is operated by Keep Kids Wrestling (KKW).

Delete Your Account in the App

If you still have access to Snap & Go, you can request account deletion directly from the app:

Snap & Go → Settings → Account → Delete Account

Follow the confirmation instructions to submit your deletion request.

If you no longer have Snap & Go installed or cannot access your account, you can submit a deletion request using the form below.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account?

Deleting your account is permanent.

When your deletion request is completed, Keep Kids Wrestling will delete or de-identify personal information associated with your Snap & Go account, including applicable:

Account and profile information
Email address and account identifiers
Age, weight, team, and wrestling profile information
Profile image
Cloud-stored workout and training information
Team and challenge information
Cloud-stored videos or recordings associated with your account, if applicable
Other personal information associated with your Snap & Go account

Your account cannot be restored after permanent deletion is completed.

Information Stored on Your Device

Deleting your Snap & Go account does not automatically remove files that are stored separately on your phone or tablet.

For example, videos or recordings saved to your device's photo library may need to be deleted directly through your device.

Uninstalling Snap & Go also does not necessarily delete videos that were previously saved to your photo library.

How Long Does Deletion Take?

We normally complete verified account deletion requests within 30 days.

Some information may temporarily remain in secure backup systems for up to 90 days before being overwritten through our normal backup process.

We may retain limited information for a longer period when reasonably necessary to:

Comply with legal obligations
Prevent fraud or abuse
Protect the security of Snap & Go
Resolve disputes
Enforce legal agreements

Any information retained for these purposes will not be used to continue operating the deleted Snap & Go account.

Parents and Guardians

A parent or legal guardian may request deletion of personal information associated with their child's Snap & Go account.

Select:

"Parent/guardian request for a child's account"

when submitting the form.

We may ask for reasonable information to verify the parent or guardian's authority before providing access to or deleting a child's personal information.
