Eligibility for Returns

• Drop-Shipped Items: Returns are accepted for defective or damaged items. Please initiate your return within 7 days of delivery.

• Print-on-Demand Products: Returns are accepted only for items with printing errors, manufacturing defects, or incorrect items received.

• Non-Returnable Items:

  • Personalized or customized items.

  • Items returned without prior authorization.

Conditions for Returns

• Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging.

• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.

Return Process

• Request a Return Authorization: Email our support team at keepkidswrestling@gmail.com with your order details, photos of the issue, and a description of the problem.

• Approval Required: Once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect. Please use a trackable shipping method.

• Inspection and Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

  • Rejected returns will not be refunded and can be shipped back to you at your expense.
