Burnout and early dropouts
Negative team cultures
Parents feeling lost or overwhelmed
Wrestlers thinking they’re not good enough

What Does #JustKeepWrestling Mean?

We know it can be confusing at first. Wrestling is unlike any other sport.
The lingo is different. The scoring is weird. And there are moments when it looks brutal.

But trust us...it gets easier.

Your support matters more than medals.
